Promo Codes

How do I use a promo code?

Just pop your promo code into the redeem a promotional code box at the top and hit apply. For delivery codes please ensure the relevant shipping method has been selected prior to hitting apply. And much as we love you afraid it's only one discount code per order.

Nightmare - Please check you are entering it in the correct format (Caps etc) and for shipping codes please ensure relevant delivery method is selected before hitting apply. Hiya I forgot to enter my promo code - Can you help?

Afraid once an order is complete we can not apply discount retrospectively - so so sorry.


Do you only accept online orders?

Yep, for your safety we only accept orders placed via the website.

How can I pay for my items?

We accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo and Maestero logos No card - no worries as we also accept PayPal payments

Is it safe to order online?

Totally safe - your data is held securely and all payment details are secured through our SagePay system for your peace of mind

Will I get a confirmation to say my order has gone through?

Yep we will pop that over via email as soon as the order has gone through - in the unlikely event you do not receive it please check spam/ junk folders on your account as it may have been directed there in error.

Oh No I have made a mistake - Can I change it?

As we want to get your delivery to you ASAP once your order has been completed we pass it straight to our warehouse team so I am afraid we can not make any amendments to these - sorry.

Hey my order should be on it's way - Can I track this?

Yes. Our courier will send you a text message or email with all the relevant information to track the order. If you have any problems tweet us @Bdsecertcom_help and we will look to resolve these for you ASAP.

Hi I have changed my mind - Can I cancel the order?

I'm afraid once an order has been completed we are not in a position to cancel it. We will of course accept any unwanted items back for refund - sorry!

Hi I am looking to exchange an item?

Sadly at the current time we do not offer exchanges - but if whatever reason you feel the item is not right for you you can return following the directions in our return policy.


Where do you deliver too?

Currently we deliver to all UK addresses although as we continue to grow we are looking at expanding this so please keep an eye on our site for further details. Due to courier restrictions we are unable to offer next day delivery in the following postcode areas: AB (All), BT (All), DD (All), DG (All), FK (All), IV (All), KA (All), KW (All), KY (All), ML (All), PA (All), PH (All), TD (All), GY ( All), HS ( All), IM ( All), JE (All), TR21, TR22, TR23, TR24, TR25, ZE1, ZE2, ZE3. All orders to addresses in this postcode range will be sent using our saver delivery .

I have a PO box/ BFPO address - will you deliver there?

Sadly we do not currently deliver to these addresses though it is something we are looking to add as we grow.

How much will delivery cost me?

Hi we currently offer UK saver delivery at £3.99 per order or this can be upgraded to Next day delivery at just £4.99

How long will delivery take?

If you have opted for saver delivery we would ask you wait 3-5 working days from the date we receive your order to get your items. Next day deliveries will be delivered the next working date if ordered before 3pm.

What time during the day will my parcel get here?

Hi our couriers to their utmost to deliver between 8am and 6pm but at busy times they may get to you as early as 7am or as late as 9pm.

What if I am not in when they try to deliver?

Don't panic. If you are not in they will look to leave the parcel with a neighbor or if this option is not available at a safe location around your property. If this happens they will pop a card through your door advising. If they are unable to do this then the parcel will be taken to a local depot where you (or our friend help team at @BDsecretcom_help) can arrange for redelivery or collection

Do I need to sign for my parcel?

Hi a signature is not always required for delivery.

Hi can I get my parcel to a different address to the billing address?

Yep - not a problem at all. If delivering to a work address we do ask that you add your business name to your delivery address details so our couriers can locate you.

Hi just checking I am eligible to get next day delivery where I am?

Hi - so long as you do not live in one of the post code areas detailed below then you will be fine (add postcodes).

HI I have not got my delivery when I expected it?

How long do I have to return my stuff to you?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return any items to us for refund.

How much will it cost me to return?

Hi this will depend on the weight of the return parcel - The post office will be able to advise further when you post the item .

How long do you take to process my return when you have the items?

Hi we will try to process these within 48 hours of receipt though we do ask you wait longer at busy times. We will email you as soon as the return is processed advising when you can expect your refund.

Can I track my return?

Hi at the moment we do not offer a tracked returned service but as we continue to grow this is something we may look to introduce.

Will I get my delivery charge refunded?

Afraid the delivery will not be refunded.

Can I swap my item for an alternative?

Hi I am afraid we don't offer exchanges at the moment you can of course return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy for refund- sorry!

Hi when you place the order this is verified by your bank who may ask these questions as part of their 3DS security process.

Nightmare - the item I wanted has gone out of stock - will you be getting anymore?

As we like to constantly be one step ahead of the fashion game we do not currently restock though as we grow we may look to readd popular items. Keep an eye on the site for more details.

Hi as we update our range constantly to keep it and you on point we do not have a print catalog.
