All UK deliveries are dispatched on a next working delivery day service. Orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Deliveries placed after the 2pm cut off will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday and before 2pm Monday will be dispatched on the Monday Orders are distributed by our warehouse team. All parcels are sent using Royal Mail signed for next day delivery. Please before our couriers are unable to offer next day delivery in certain postcode areas. Please consult the table link below to see if your postcode is included in this.
We currently offer delivery within the USA, Australia, Republic of Ireland, Germany, France, and the Netherlands. While we hope, you love everything you purchase from us we do understand at times you may wish to return an item. We ask that all returns are made within 14 days of receipt. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item we ask you contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can investigate how this happened.
HOW TO RETURN
1.Re-pack the item in suitable packaging with labels and tags still attached. 2.Return to the following address - Please be aware all returns are made at the customer’s expense Bestdressedsecret.com 2nd Floor Edward Pavilion Albert Dock, Liverpool, Merseyside L3 4AF 3.Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting as any missing parcel is your responsibility. We advise our customers to use a tracked service to return any parcels as we will not be held liable for missing parcels. 4.Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once your return is received it will take up to 5 working days to refund your account you will receive an email stating your account has been credited. As outlined above we do not cover any return shipping cost, this cost is met by the customer. When we receive a returned item(s) the amount refunded is for the item(s) returned only. Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept items that have been worn or washed. All tags must be attached to the item. We will attempt to process your return within 48 hours of receipt however we do ask you allow longer at busy periods – we will email you as soon as the return has been processed. If you have cancelled your contract under the distance selling regulations then you will be entitled to a postage refund, otherwise this is non-refundable.
